Sheri Lenz

Sheri Lenz started painting at a young age. From her earliest memories, painting and the pursuit of creativity have been an intrinsic part of her identity. Sheri’s first experience with academia was taking classes at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon when she was 12 years old. ¬†She later won a scholarship to California College of Art and Crafts in Oakland.

Sheri believes the artist has a responsibility to present images beyond what a camera produces and to present the viewer with a different way of perceiving beyond the obvious.

Sheri has participated in numerous shows across the United States. Recent exhibitions include Valley Art Gallery in Walnut Creek and Moraga Country Club in Moraga, CA.
